AI Essentials:
Policy, Process & Practice
Â
Use AI with confidence without losing your values, voice, or donor trust.
Â
AI is showing up everywhere in nonprofit work.
But most organizations are left to figure it out on their own. This six-week cohort gives you the structure, clarity, and confidence to use AI responsibly and effectively. You will create clear policies, practical processes, and better prompts that support your mission instead of distracting from it.
You’re Not Behind. You’re Being Thoughtful.
Â
You may already see the potential of AI to save time and reduce administrative burden.
You may also be wondering:
- What is acceptable for our organization and what is not?
- How do we protect donor and client confidentiality?
- How do we stay efficient without sounding robotic or losing the human touch?
- How do we get our whole team on the same page?
Â
Most nonprofit leaders were never taught how to introduce AI responsibly.
This course provides a clear framework so you can move forward with intention instead of uncertainty.

HEY, I'M SARAH!
I've spent the last 20 years diving into the world of nonprofit management and fundraising, and I love every minute of it! From strategic growth planning to running capital campaigns and crafting engaging stewardship programs, I've done it all. Nothing beats those "aha" moments when everything clicks —it's like magic!
Since I started Andrews Coaching & Consulting in 2016, I have helped many nonprofit organizations reach their goals through board and team trainings, strategic planning and income development.
I’m thrilled to help nonprofit leaders approach AI thoughtfully and confidently — with clear policies, practical processes, and prompt frameworks that work for your organization, not against your values.
In this cohort, I’ll help you make AI a supportive tool that enhances your mission, protects relationships, and frees up more time for strategy and service.
Our mission is your mission.
